In the event that your document to be legalised will be used in a country, which country is not a signatory to the Hague Apostille Convention, the document needs to be legalised using the Authentication process. This is a more involved and complex process than the truncated Apostille Certificate legalisation process.Legalising documents for international use can be a painful and time consuming process and a costly waste of money and time if not done correctly. Embassy Legalisation service (Non-Hague Countries). Legalised documents presented or used in a country which is not party to the Hague Convention are legalised in terms of an authentication and Embassy Legalisation process.
